Valiant Energy supports Energean Oil & Gas’s ongoing investment programme in the Gulf of Kavala.

Valiant Energy was constructed in Norway to DNV GL standards and has participated in oil and gas activities in the North Sea. At 1,800 DWT and 62.5 metres in length, it is the first supply ship of its size to arrive in Greece.

The vessel is equipped with modern fire-fighting systems (FF3 water, FF2 foam) and can pump 7,500 cubic metres of water per hour.

With the capacity to carry 155 people, Valiant Energy is able to support drilling programs by supplying equipment and materials to platforms and jack-up rigs.

It can also participate in anti-pollution and rescue operations and has a permanent crew of 22 people.
